(Reactive Anaerobic Power)

This Cognitive Conditioning drill is a different way to train anaerobic capacities, while adding a mental component.  Each set should take about 30-45 secs and the work to rest ratio should be 4:1.  Usually this type of conditioning has a linear frame of thought, but here you add an anticipation aspect to your training.
